The Dytran Series 1051 is an IEPE force sensor designed to measure dynamic forces up to 5,000 lbf over a wide frequency range. The dynamic force sensor has a sensitivity range of 1-500 mV/lbf and can measure up to 500 lbs at full scale in tension mode. As IEPE sensors, the 1051V series features built-in electronics and eliminates the need for external charge amplifiers and converters.

The 1051V series is designed with quartz sensing elements, operates in compression mode and is packaged in a strong stainless steel case weighing 28g. The unit features 10-32 radial connectors and 1/4-28 threaded holes at the top and bottom of the sensor housing for easy installation.
